Falcon Air Freight

Falcon Air Freight is a forwarding agency based at Vienna Airport in Austria. The site says the agency was founded in 1987 and is owned by the Wehner family. It describes itself as a partner that provides individual solutions for worldwide transport. The site says the company has more than 30 years of experience.

Air freight is the company's first service. The site says Falcon can position a charter aircraft within two to three hours at any European airport. It says the company has more than 50 charter aircraft at Vienna Airport alone. Consolidated air cargo, door to door express and onboard courier services are also listed.

Falcon also offers sea freight in LCL and FCL. The site says sea freight leaves weekly on an LCL basis to all destinations. The company says it has long experience in ocean freight.

Warehousing sits directly at Vienna Airport. The site says this location lets the company handle goods quickly and act as a hub for speedy delivery. Road freight is another service. The company also handles dangerous goods, reefer cargo under ADR rules, special trucking, storage and logistics, project cargo and valuable cargo.

The site describes Austria as the junction between Western and Central Eastern Europe. Falcon says its road and rail network is one of the largest among its carriers. It also mentions a partner network that reaches across the world.

The company uses computerized tracking and tracing to keep the transport chain under control. The site says Falcon can organize both air and sea transport for each request.

The International Aircargo Center is at Vienna Airport, A-1300 Vienna. The phone number is +43 1 7007 33651. The site lists a 24-hour hotline at +43 664 26 35 497 and notes that a call is required before sending through it. The site also lists contacts in Berlin and Madrid.
