Etihad Airways flies from its hub at Zayed International Airport in Abu Dhabi. It offers scheduled passenger flights, with online booking, trip management and check-in. The fleet page also lists cargo aircraft.

Etihad promotes flights to destinations including New York, Male, Bengaluru, Bali, Nairobi and Dhaka. It has also announced a new destination in Luxembourg. Guests can search for one way, round trip or multi city flights, see flight deals and plan stopovers in Abu Dhabi.

The fleet includes Airbus A380, A350, A321LR and A321 aircraft, along with Boeing 787 Dreamliner and Boeing 777 aircraft. The A380 is described as the only aircraft with a three room suite in the sky. The A321LR offers a First Suite on a narrowbody aircraft, with longer range. The Boeing 787 has upgraded business cabins and improved fuel efficiency.

Etihad Guest is the airline's loyalty programme. Members can get personalised benefits, reduced tier criteria, a miles calculator and access to a reward shop. Members can earn miles on flights and spend them on travel. Guests can also use Etihad Wallet and book flights with Etihad Guest miles.

Guests can use free Wi-Fi Chat on board. Guests flying to Abu Dhabi get free medical travel insurance with 24/7 health support. The airline also offers the Etihad Shuttle, a free coach service between Zayed International Airport, Al Ain and Dubai. It is available to guests on Etihad operated flights and must be booked at least 24 hours before departure.
