About Dspace

dSPACE is a technology company that sells simulation and validation solutions. Its tools help companies develop and test new products, from the first idea through to series production. The site calls dSPACE a global technology leader in this field. Its engineering centers are placed in all major innovation hubs around the world.

The company says its work covers many sectors, including transport, agriculture, e-mobility and aerospace. For e-mobility, the site lists software-in-the-loop testing, rapid prototyping, production software development, hardware-in-the-loop testing and power HIL testing. These cover electric motors, battery systems, fuel cells, power electronics and charging infrastructure.

One product named on the site is Neural Net Coder. It generates C code directly from trained neural networks that use the ONNX file format. The site says the generated code can be used in C and C++ projects for safety-critical, resource-constrained embedded systems. The product will be available from mid November 2026, and visitors can pre-order it.

Neural Net Coder also includes post-training optimization, which reduces resource use and run time without retraining the network. Its built-in verification compares the generated code with the original network through back to back tests. The tool can also estimate run time performance and memory use early in development.

According to the site, Neural Net Coder can be used in model-based development environments such as TargetLink. It can run in automated pipelines through application programming interfaces, or interactively through a graphical user interface. A demo package lets visitors generate embedded C code from a sample ONNX network.

The site also offers a newsletter with use cases, new products, trainings and events. Its contact options include a contact page for talking to experts about embedded AI workflows. The company lists social pages on Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram.

The site also covers aerospace. It says dSPACE helps make the vision of the future of aerospace a reality. It describes virtual sensors, also called soft sensors, that estimate physical values that are hard to measure directly, such as battery states or shaft torque.
