About DJ Products

DJ Products, Inc. is a manufacturer of battery powered, walk behind tugs and movers. The company is based in Little Falls, Minnesota. It has manufactured electric powered cart tug solutions for thirty years. It designs equipment that eliminates the strain of manually pushing and pulling heavy carts and wheeled equipment. Its products are smaller and more maneuverable than others in the industry.

For aviation, DJ Products makes the AircraftCaddy line of electric aircraft tugs. These units move aircraft in hangars and on ramps. The tugs are battery powered walk behind units. They allow one person to move planes safely and easily.

The AircraftCaddy range includes models for different aircraft weights. The 4K Jr. pulls aircraft up to 4,000 pounds. The 4K and 8K move aircraft up to 4,000 pounds or 8,000 pounds. The Magic Arm 8K moves aircraft up to 8,000 pounds. The 15K and 15K Magic Arm pull aircraft up to 15,000 pounds. The 35K pulls aircraft up to 35,000 pounds. The DNW moves dual nose wheel aircraft up to 35,000 pounds. The R/W offers rider or walkie configuration for aircraft up to 35,000 pounds. The rider option is recommended for aircraft up to 15,000 pounds.

The company advises buyers to match a tug to the aircraft's actual weight. Buyers should also consider nose gear or tow connection, hangar clearance, pavement and slope. They should confirm approved tow points with the aircraft's ground handling documentation. The products are manufactured in the United States. They ship domestically and globally.

DJ Products serves many industries beyond aviation. It makes industrial tugs, trailer movers, dumpster movers, car and truck pushers, railcar movers, and medical cart movers. It offers custom solutions for military and Department of Defense users. The company provides a try before you buy program.

The company states that its knowledgeable engineers are available to help customers find affordable and safe solutions. Its sales engineers can offer customized options to fit any application. The equipment is designed to improve operational efficiency.
