Dahlgren Duck

Dahlgren Duck, together with Ski and Sea, is now Sterling Collective. The company says the team and the service stay the same under the new name. It is based in Dallas, Texas. It sources, buys, stores and delivers operating supplies and equipment (OS&E), furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) and decorative accessories for projects.

Vision Delivery

Sterling Collective calls its service Vision Delivery. It uses its own technology and supply chain to take on the sourcing, purchasing and delivery work that usually sits with a design firm or operator. The process has four phases:

• Curated packages, vendor identification, product sourcing and client presentations
• Procurement and vendor management, including purchase orders, invoices, shipment tracking and approvals
• Receiving, storage, packaging and project preparation
• Final delivery and installation support, with billing and invoicing

Private aviation

The company serves private aviation with what it calls turnkey flight solutions. This covers outfitting aircraft for delivery, managing corporate fleets and keeping the cabin products on board in line with the standard of the aircraft. Goods are packed and delivered as one consolidated shipment, with one contact and one invoice.
