Czech Aerospace Cluster

The Czech Aerospace Cluster is an association of aerospace companies and education institutions in Moravia. It was founded in 2010 to help develop a competitive aerospace industry. Its members offer a wide range of development and production services for aviation and mechanical engineering.

The cluster helps members raise their business potential. It supports the introduction of innovations, expands members' customer networks and gives access to a network of strategic contacts at local and global level. It also makes marketing activities more effective and offers training programmes for employees on favourable terms.

Members are a mix of engineering firms, manufacturers and universities. Listed members include Aircraft Industries, Preteq CNC Solutions, Ray Service, Radalytica and Vrgineers, along with several university groups from Brno, Ostrava and Zlín. Members range from small machine shops to larger industrial companies.

Preteq CNC Solutions offers CNC machining, CNC measurement, assembly, cleaning, laser marking and finishing work. Ray Service develops and produces cable harnesses and electromechanical assemblies for Airbus and Boeing aircraft systems. It also works on military equipment for the Czech army.

Project news includes IDEALIST, in which the cluster is part of a consortium. It also covers a funded mission for small and medium sized businesses to Japan, designed to open doors to innovation there. Members can showcase their own projects and news through the cluster's website.

The events calendar for late 2026 includes Czech Space Week, Aerospace and Defense Meetings Brasil, Advanced Engineering in Birmingham, Airshow China and Aerospace Tech Week Europe in London. The cluster appears in the exhibitor lists of several international aerospace shows.
