About CTech
CTech develops satellite and line-of-sight communication technology for defence and aerospace customers in Turkey. It was set up in Istanbul in 2005 and became a subsidiary of Turkish Aerospace Industries in 2018.
The company has more than 250 employees and 4,500 square metres of production and engineering space. Its headquarters is at Teknopark Istanbul, and it also has an office in Ankara at Bilkent Cyberpark. It has a global logistics support network.
CTech makes communication systems for air, land, sea and space platforms. Its products have logged more than 500,000 flight hours on ANKA and AKSUNGUR unmanned aerial vehicles. It gained space experience through the TURKSAT 6A satellite. Its products also support secure satellite communication for the Turkish Armed Forces and NATO.
Its satellite communication range includes the SkyARX, SkyARX E-Ku, AquaARX, TerraARX, HeliARX, SecureARX, TrackARX and QuARX families. The line-of-sight range includes the UfukLink DLKu45, DLX20 and YAS Q data links. It also offers the Scofus communication gateway. For aviation, it makes the UfukAvio CVFDR and DAU units.
For space, CTech builds Ku band parts under the SemaLink name. These include an agile telemetry and beacon transmitter, an agile command receiver, test and hybrid couplers, an output multiplexer filter and a family of antennas. It lists work on the Goktuerk renewal programme and TURKSAT 6A as solutions.
CTech also provides thermal and structural analysis services. These follow MIL-STD-810H and ECSS standards. The analyses cover modal, shock, acceleration, random vibration, harmonic response and thermal studies, with test-ready reports. The company holds AS9100D and ISO 9001 certificates, along with ISO 27001 and a facility security clearance. It lists operations in countries such as Turkey, the United States, Italy, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.
