Flexjet Technical Services

Constant Aviation now operates as Flexjet Technical Services, the maintenance and completions network of Flexjet for business aircraft. It provides MRO support, completions and refurbishment, engineering and technical training, drawing on the heritage of Flying Colours Corp. and Nextant Aerospace.

Services

• Component repair and overhaul, engineering and certification, parts and STC kitting
• Non-destructive testing (eddy current, ultrasonic, magnetic particle, liquid penetrant), at customer sites or its NDT laboratory
• Metal and composite structural repair, sheet metal fabrication
• Landing gear repair and overhaul, cadmium plating
• Interior and exterior completions and paint
• Government and military programmes, including USAF T-1A and USN C-26 work
