C2 Aero

C2 Aero, LLC is a specialized provider of aircraft parts and components. The company was founded in 2018 and has its office in Cleveland, Tennessee, about 30 miles northeast of Chattanooga. It says it helps airlines, MROs, brokers and aircraft owners find the parts they need.

C2 Aero built its business on aging fleet support and consignment sales. Its inventory now also includes new generation Boeing and Airbus parts. The company says its customer base has grown along with the inventory, and that it keeps adapting to the services its clients need.

The company's US warehouses carry over 250,000 parts. It supplies parts for Boeing 747, 757, 767 and 777 aircraft, and for Airbus A300, A320, A330 and A340 aircraft. Parts are available in new, overhauled, serviceable and as removed condition.

Consignment is where the company focuses. Owners of surplus parts from a fleet retirement, an inventory clean out or a teardown can consign them with C2 Aero. The parts stay with the owner until they sell, and the company markets them to its airline, MRO and broker customers.

C2 Aero also buys surplus parts and inventory outright. It buys whole aircraft and surplus parts packages for teardown. Usable parts from teardowns are brought to market through the company's sales and consignment channels.

Other services include repair management, which plans, tracks and completes maintenance work on parts and records each issue from start to finish. Inventory warehousing and management covers the company's own parts and consigned parts at its two Cleveland locations. Aircraft management and aviation consulting are also offered.

Parts are listed on the Inventory Locator Service, an aircraft parts marketplace. The company asks buyers to send part numbers, quantities and the condition needed, so it can check its inventory and reply with options.
