Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance (BHSI) is a commercial insurer headquartered at 100 Federal Street in Boston, Massachusetts. It was founded in 2013 when Berkshire Hathaway moved into commercial insurance in a substantial way, and it is part of Berkshire Hathaway's National Indemnity group of insurance companies.

BHSI writes admitted and non-admitted commercial policies. Its US product lines include casualty, property, energy, transportation, marine, builder's risk, executive and professional lines, healthcare professional liability, multinational cover, surety, programs, employer stop loss, travel and homeowners.
