Aviation ISAC

Aviation ISAC is a nonprofit membership community that works to strengthen cybersecurity across the aviation industry. The site says it was founded in 2011. Members include airlines, airports, aircraft manufacturers, satellite manufacturers and aviation service providers. The community has more than 155 member companies across five continents.

Members share cyber threat intelligence and best practices in a trusted environment. The organization says it hunts for emerging threats, supports the timely exchange of vulnerabilities and threat intelligence, and works on global standards and policies. It describes itself as the primary cybersecurity communications channel for the aviation sector.

Members can attend community meetings and join a network of aviation cybersecurity professionals. The organization runs an annual CISO survey, and its 2026 results are available as a download. It also helps members disclose vulnerabilities through a facilitated process.

The organization runs the Aviation Cybersecurity Summit each year. Its 2026 events include an AWS training event in Singapore from 20 to 22 October and an EMEA regional AvTech meeting in Toulouse on 25 and 26 November, hosted by Airbus. Its calendar also shows that it runs regional meetings as well as its main summit.

The organization has a blog and publishes white papers, including one on sharing intelligence. Its members learn from one another and work together to build the resilience of the industry.
