AVEM AERO OU

AVEM AERO OU is an Estonian aviation company founded in 2018. The site says it was set up by cargo charter experts. Its three main areas are cargo charters, operational control centre services and general sales agent services.

The company began as a general sales agent for several companies. It ran charters on Saab 340, ATR42-72 and An-26 aircraft, according to the About page. Clients later asked it to run their operational control centre on an outsourced basis.

The cargo charter service covers EMEA, according to the site. The company says time-critical cargo requests are handled 24 hours a day. The site says pricing is transparent, with a fixed rate per flight and no extra charges for demurrage, de-icing, airport fees, night operations or diversions.

The operational control centre service covers flight planning, flight support and monitoring, and crew and resource management. The site says this runs 24 hours a day. The general sales agent service covers charter sales, payments and flight support execution.

The company says it has 25 staff. It says it focuses on cost reduction through automation and develops its own software. The site also lists a chatbot for NOTAM analysis.

The site shows client reviews from several companies, including AIREST AS, NYXAIR OU and Businesswings Luftfahrtunternehmen GmbH. The contact page lists a phone number, +372 622 55 00, and a request for quote form. The site does not give a street address.
