ATLAN Space

ATLAN Space builds artificial intelligence for drones. The idea is simple: a small fleet of long range drones flies a mission on its own, far beyond the pilot's line of sight. The company calls this a mission-based constellation.

How the drones fly

The patented technology uses long-endurance, low-altitude drones. They fly beyond visual line of sight (BVLOS) over large areas. They collect information, spot problems and risks as they happen, make maps and inspect infrastructure.

Products

• ATLAN Geo: a fixed-wing VTOL drone with AI for land surveying. It carries two multi-band GPS receivers with different antennas for real time accuracy. Combined with static GPS data, it can reach centimetre level results.
• ATLAN Insight: a drone for understanding fisheries. It detects, identifies and tracks suspicious activity in real time to protect marine life. At the start of every mission it estimates the energy the job needs. It then tracks energy use during the flight.
• ATLAN Core: AI that drone makers and service providers can build into their own aircraft, to automate flights and scale up production. This product is marked as coming soon.
