Alcor Reliance

Alcor Reliance is an aviation consultancy based in Wilmslow, in the United Kingdom, that works around the world. It gives commercial and operational advice to airlines and aviation service providers. The site says its team has over 40 years of experience in the aviation sector, and that the company was established in 2019.

The company lists four service groups. Operations covers AOC start-ups, operations control center set-up, ground operations procedures, fleet management, aircraft chartering and leasing, maintenance planning and flight planning. Commercial covers network development, capacity planning, scheduling, business development, sales and marketing plans, air traffic forecasting and contract negotiation. Organisational design covers resource planning, insourcing and outsourcing reviews, cost cuts and recruitment. Organisational performance covers improvement programs and data analysis.

The site says it can source aircraft capacity, from one-off charters and cover for aircraft on the ground to full-season leasing. It also says it has experience in moving aircraft into and out of the EU and in dealing with aircraft lessors.

The consultants say they have managed teams in large firms such as Qatar Airways, Thomas Cook, SmartLynx Airlines and Airport Co-ordination Ltd. They say they have run projects in Europe, Asia and North America and coach client teams so that new processes become routine.

The site invites visitors to book a project discovery call. It lists the phone number +44 7909 523339, a company registration number, a LinkedIn page and a news page.
