About ALB Aviation Training

ALB Aviation Training is a flight school at Aerodrom Ineu in Bihor county, western Romania. Two friends, David and Patrick, started it in 2019 because there was no flight school in the north west of the country. In early 2020 the Romanian CAA recognised ALB Aviation SRL as a Declared Training Organisation, RO.DTO.02. A second base is at Oehna, just south of Berlin in Germany.

Cessna 150M (D-EPUA), basic trainer with dual Garmin G5, joined in 2022
Cessna F172H (D-EPUB), for training, rental and passenger flights, joined in 2025
Scheibe SF 25C Falke motor glider for TMG ratings
Socata MS 894A for glider towing and tow rating training

Aircraft are also available for rental.

Instructors

Most instructors hold commercial licences with long experience in aviation and instruction. The school says former students now fly for Ryanair, Tarom, Condor and TUIfly, while many others still fly with the school or the local club.
