Aircraft Servicing Guernsey Ltd (ASG)

Aircraft Servicing Guernsey, known as ASG, provides aircraft maintenance, technical services and handling. It is based in Guernsey, with an additional base facility at Northolt and a line station in Bristol. It serves owners and operators of business and general aviation aircraft across the UK and Europe.

ASG offers scheduled, unscheduled and AOG maintenance on a wide range of turbine and piston aircraft. AOG support includes diagnostic help, on site assistance at the aircraft's location and expedited parts supply. Routine inspections are carried out in house, and overhauls are done with experienced and approved partners.

The company is a CAA Part CAMO approved organisation. It manages airworthiness compliance for aircraft in service or in storage, and it can make recommendations for airworthiness review certificates. It also offers care and maintenance packages for aircraft that need a storage programme.

ASG runs what it describes as Guernsey's only full service FBO. Its handling covers everything from long range business jets to general aviation aircraft. Guernsey does not charge VAT, so services performed there are VAT free. Aircraft sales support covers acquisition and brokerage, pre purchase inspections, re registration and export support, and delivery and airworthiness support. Parts sales include new and overhauled parts from stock and access to global inventories.

ASG is an authorised service facility for Cirrus, Eclipse and Textron piston aircraft. It is a Cirrus Platinum Service Centre and a CAPS repack centre. It is also an Eclipse Gold Service Centre and a Diamond Aircraft authorised service facility, with maintenance, warranty and non warranty work. The company says its Diamond work is approved by the UK CAA and EASA, with FAA certified A and P IA engineers.

As an official Garmin dealer and installation facility, ASG offers Garmin upgrades for flight decks and displays, autopilots, navigation and radios, ADS B and transponders, active traffic systems, audio panels, weather radar, flight instruments and engine information systems. The G3X Touch is certified for installation in hundreds of single engine piston aircraft. The G500 TXi is designed for FAR Part 23 Class 1 and Class 2 aircraft that weigh less than 6,000 lbs.

The company offers modifications and upgrades through access to CAA and EASA Part 21 design organisations that provide supplemental type certificates. It also offers aftermarket upgrades to airframe, avionics, engine and propeller systems. Line station support is available at Bristol, Guernsey, Jersey and Northolt.
