Aerostyll

Aerostyll (SAS Aerostyll) is an aircraft paint shop at Lézignan-Corbières aerodrome in the Aude, southern France, between Toulouse, Montpellier and Perpignan. It strips, prepares and repaints light aircraft, helicopters and microlights and designs custom paint schemes. The workshop was set up in 2004 by Jérôme Lereffait, a trained body painter and former motorcycle decorator, and the site says it has painted more than 500 aircraft since then for French and international customers.

Services

• Stripping and surface preparation of composite and metal airframes, including stripping of aluminium parts
• Full repaints and exterior refinishing in a heated vertical ventilation paint booth that takes aircraft up to 18 metres of wingspan
• Custom designs from a graphic design station: plain, bold or prestige schemes, registration marks and technical markings
• Double clear coat finishing and special effect lacquers such as candy, pearl and Xirallic colours

Work on Cirrus aircraft

The portfolio on the site documents several Cirrus repaints: a Cirrus SR22 N119AL finished in November 2025, a Cirrus SR20 N262BM in January 2025, a Cirrus SR22 G3 F-HRAD in July 2023 and a Cirrus SR22 GX N777PS in September 2022, each with its own photo page. Getting there

The contact page lists Toulouse at 140 km, Perpignan at 82 km and Béziers at 72 km by motorway, TGV and TER trains from Lézignan-Corbières, taxis on request and four hotels within 10 km, for owners dropping off an aircraft.
