Aero VIM

Aero VIM GmbH is a German aviation parts supplier founded in 2015 and based at Am Lieserhof 15 in Nieder-Olm, minutes from Frankfurt, one of Europe's largest air cargo hubs. It sources, stocks and distributes commercial aircraft parts for Airbus and Boeing fleets operated on every continent. Its warehouse holds more than 4,000 part numbers and over 6,000 units. It supplies civil aircraft parts only and does not trade military or defence material. Customers are airlines, MRO providers, operators, lessors and brokers.

Products

• Rotables: pumps, actuators, valves, starters, generators and gearboxes, with current release tags from EASA Part-145 or FAA approved shops
• Expendables and consumables: hardware, fasteners, seals, filters, bearings and lamps, factory new with certificates of conformity
• APUs including Honeywell 131-9 series, LRUs, QEC components and engine parts for CFM56, LEAP, V2500, GEnx and PW1100G
• Avionics and flight deck instruments, tested and tagged by approved shops
• Cabin items such as seats, panels, overhead bins, galley inserts and lavatory parts, with burn certification where needed
• Landing gear parts, wheels and brakes, flight controls, windows and doors
• Tooling and ground support equipment

Quality

Aero VIM has held ASA-100 accreditation, based on FAA AC 00-56B, continuously since 2017. Shipments include FAA 8130-3, EASA Form 1 or certificates of conformity, with back-to-birth records for life limited parts where required. Incoming parts are inspected, stored in climate-controlled and ESD-safe areas, and suspected unapproved parts are quarantined and not resold.
