ACM Air Charter

ACM Air Charter is a business aviation company at Baden-Airpark in Germany. It brings aircraft charter, aircraft management, Part-145 maintenance and CAMO services under one roof.

The company says it has more than 30 years in aviation and more than 80,000 flight hours. Every flight is planned to the customer's wishes. It describes itself as boutique aviation with technical depth, with clear processes, direct contacts and certified standards.

ACM offers private charter flights with individual route planning. Its charter fleet includes the Bombardier Global 7500, Global 6000 and Global XRS. In February 2026, ACM added a third Global 7500 to its managed fleet. Customers can request a flight by giving the departure, destination, date and number of passengers.

As an aircraft manager, ACM takes on full operational responsibility for a business jet. It handles flight operations, maintenance, crew management and work with the authorities. Owners keep control of when the aircraft is available and how it is used. ACM works with clear service levels and monthly reports on costs, operating hours and maintenance status.

There are two operating models. Commercial operation runs under the ACM air operator certificate, which allows charter flights that help cover costs. Private operation runs under Part-NCC rules, with ACM handling airworthiness monitoring and paperwork. Each management mandate follows five phases, from analysis and goals to ongoing optimisation. The ACM Operations Centre supports daily flying with dispatch, flight planning and permit coordination.

The Part-145 approved workshop offers line and base maintenance, avionics work and cabin refurbishment for business jets. It gives 24 hour AOG support, planned turnaround times and clear service levels. ACM's technical team finished the first 120-month inspection of a Bombardier Global Express in 2023. ACM is also an authorised Starlink reseller and installation partner for business jets.

In 2020, ACM marked ten years of flying with the IS-BAO quality seal. A related company, ACM Business Aviation Handling GmbH, offers ground handling and passed IS-BAH Stage 2 certification in 2024. ACM also lists jobs for aircraft mechanics, avionics technicians, engineers, pilots and flight operations staff.
