About the event

LABACE (Latin American Business Aviation Conference and Exhibition) is a business and general aviation show organised by ABAG, the Brazilian General Aviation Association, and held since 2003. It combines an exhibition, a static display of aircraft and Education Sessions for operators, owners and suppliers.

The 2027 edition runs from 3 to 5 August 2027 at Campo de Marte Airport in Sao Paulo.

    Tickets go on sale from May 2027 on the official website; prices not yet published. One credential is valid for all 3 days and includes all talks (Education Sessions) at no extra cost. Brazilian visitors register with their CPF, international visitors with a valid email; official photo ID required at entry. Aimed at aviation professionals, exhibitor guests, military authorities and sector visitors; the organiser offers no complimentary passes. Children under 12 not admitted; 12 and over only with a legal guardian.Register

    Formal or smart casual recommended; flip-flops, tank tops and shorts are not allowed.
