air cargo Europe will use two full halls at Messe München when it returns on 26 to 29 April 2027, and more than 240 companies have already confirmed. The show runs inside transport logistic, the big trade fair for logistics, in Munich. Air Cargo Week reported the update on 27 October 2026.

The organisers say the two halls add up to about 22,000 square metres. That is roughly six months before the doors open. Demand for space is higher, so they gave the show more room. More exhibitors are also coming from China this time.

Who is coming back

Qatar Airways Cargo, Emirates SkyCargo, Etihad Cargo, Saudia Cargo, Delta Cargo and Cathay Cargo are all set to return. Other leading airlines and international cargo networks are expected too.

A conference called From Cargo to Code

The conference moves to the conference rooms on the first floor of Hall A1. It is open to everyone who visits transport logistic. The theme is "From Cargo to Code". Talks will cover artificial intelligence, clean tech in aviation, automation and how the industry copes with shocks.

Dr. Robert Schönberger, who leads the industry team at transport logistic Exhibitions, called the interim numbers "extremely positive".

The market behind the show

The timing is good for the industry. IATA reported that world air cargo demand grew 4.4 percent in August 2026 compared with a year earlier.
