Partner Spotlight. Transport d'Luxe Paris is a Featured company on The Flying Engineer and this article is part of its Featured package. The facts below come from the company's own materials and website, checked by our editors in October 2026.
Transport d'Luxe Paris is a chauffeur company based in Paris 16e that works every day with the three airports private aviation uses in Paris: Le Bourget, Charles de Gaulle and Orly. Its founder, Florian Moldovan, has lived in Paris since 2015. Most of its bookings come not from passengers but from the people who arrange travel for others: DMCs, travel agencies, executive assistants, family offices, charter brokers and FBO staff. For them the company has built two things worth describing in detail: a prepaid access programme called PRIVILEGE SELECT, and a white label arrangement that lets agencies sell the service under their own name.
Ground transport for private aviation at Le Bourget, CDG and Orly
For a private jet arrival at Le Bourget, the chauffeur coordinates with the FBO and follows the flight in real time, so the car is at the terminal when the aircraft lands. The same applies at the private aviation terminals at CDG and Orly. Crew transportation and hotel runs are handled on request. Commercial arrivals at CDG, Orly and Beauvais get a meet and greet with a name sign, and train arrivals are met on the platform at Gare du Nord, Gare de Lyon and Gare de l'Est.
The fleet is Mercedes-Benz: S-Class for up to two passengers, E-Class for up to three and V-Class for up to seven with luggage, with minibus and coach capacity for delegations. Cars are black and unbranded. Chauffeurs speak English, French, Romanian, Spanish and Russian. The company takes bookings for the Paris Air Show at Le Bourget, Paris Fashion Week, Roland Garros, congresses and incentive groups. Our guide to chauffeur services for private aviation in Paris covers the airports and the FBOs in more detail.
PRIVILEGE SELECT: prepaid access with locked rates
PRIVILEGE SELECT is the company's prepaid programme for organisations and intermediaries that book regularly. The company describes it as an access framework rather than a loyalty scheme: a deposit is held as a usable balance, each service is deducted from that balance, and the same conditions apply to every booking.
What every access holder gets, according to the programme page:
- Rates locked at enrolment, with preferential pricing compared with pay as you go bookings.
- Priority handling: requests are processed ahead of non-access clients.
- A 120% service commitment guarantee: if a confirmed service commitment is not met, 120% of the affected service value is credited back to the account.
- A priority support channel at any time, plus concierge help with itineraries.
- Automatic deduction, a notification after each reservation and monthly balance summaries.
- A bonus credit added to the deposit, usable only for services within the programme.
The access holder, who owns the balance, and the passenger, who travels, can be different: an agency can hold one balance and use it for several clients.
The three access levels
| Level | Deposit | Priority | Bonus credit | Booking lead time | Added services |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Gold | EUR 2,500 | Standard | 5% | At least 18 hours | Standard minibar on board |
| Platinum | EUR 4,500 | High | 7% | At least 12 hours | Airport meet and greet, dedicated point of contact |
| Black | EUR 7,500 | Absolute | 10% | At least 6 hours | Meet and greet at airports and stations, child seat, 15 extra minutes of waiting, short notice changes, a three hour Paris tour and a wine tasting |
Wi-Fi, charging and water are included at every level. The full terms are on the PRIVILEGE SELECT page, and enquiries go to privilege.select@transportdluxeparis.com.
White label for agencies, concierges and event organisers
The second arrangement is for intermediaries that would rather not send their clients to a third party. Travel agencies, DMCs, concierge services and event organisers can sell Transport d'Luxe Paris services under their own brand, with the company operating the cars and chauffeurs in the background. The agency keeps the client relationship; Transport d'Luxe Paris takes care of the transportation. The unbranded cars make this practical.
This is the model the company proposes to partners in its three priority markets, Romania, the United States and the United Kingdom, whose clients come to Paris for business, for events such as Fashion Week and the Paris Air Show, or for leisure. The founder is Romanian, and the company says it has driven many well known people from Cluj and the rest of Romania during their visits to Paris. The two arrangements can be combined: an agency holds a PRIVILEGE SELECT balance, books at locked rates and resells under its own name.
Booking and payment
Transfers can be booked on the website with the instant quote form (one way, return or hourly), by phone or WhatsApp on +33 6 29 61 67 24, or by email at info@transportdluxeparis.com. Payment is by bank transfer or card only, in full and in advance; the company does not accept cash or payment on the spot. For private aviation arrivals, share the flight details and the FBO when booking. As of October 2026 the company is rated 5/5 on Google (45 reviews) and 5/5 on Tripadvisor (24 reviews), and it has been covered by Agerpres, Wall-Street.ro and openPR.
Transport d'Luxe Paris has a company page on The Flying Engineer with fleet photos and a quote form, its website is transportdluxeparis.com, and it appears in our Paris chauffeur guide.
