ZMotion Autonomous Systems, also called ZAS, is an Indian company that designs and makes unmanned aerial systems. Its corporate headquarters is on Airport Road in Yelahanka, and its manufacturing site is in Veerasagara, Yelahanka. The site says the founders are Shruthi Dixit and Mrutyunjay Hegde, a couple who trained as aircraft maintenance engineers. They started the company in 2018.

The company puts weight on Indian design and local manufacturing. It names strengths in aerodynamics, flight controls, electronics, drone software, communication systems and composite manufacturing. The core team has over 50 years of combined experience in the UAV industry. The site also says ZAS was one of the first winners of the Innovation for Defence Excellence, the Defence India Startup Challenge.

X1 is a tactical hexacopter with multi-payload, multi-mission set-ups for security forces. Trinetra SE is a fixed wing loitering scout system that one person can carry and deploy fast, for reconnaissance and intelligence. Xplorer is a long endurance autonomous quadcopter for modular payload delivery.

The company works from a facility of about 25,000 square feet. The corporate site also acts as an integration unit for design, research, 3D printing, software and final assembly. The manufacturing site houses composites, circuit board design, main assembly and ground flight testing.
