WingsOverAsia, also called WOA, is a private aviation group based at Seletar Airport in Singapore. It was set up in 2009. The company calls itself Asia's first integrated private aviation service provider and developer. Its business covers a jet FBO, aircraft sales, aircraft management, maintenance, a flying club and hospitality.

WOA is a licensed ground handling agent in Singapore for private flights. It handles aircraft from large business jets to the A320 and the BBJ. The company says it has handled medical evacuation flights, military and government flights, diplomatic services, high profile passengers, royalty and special missions. It also says its FBO is certified to the IS-BAH standard.

Hangar66 is the group's base at Seletar. It has direct airside access to a runway of 1,836 metres. The airport runs international flights around the clock, with customs and immigration services. The company owns the 72,000 square foot Hangar66 clubhouse. It holds a lounge for aviators, a cafe and space for events.

On the sales side, WOA says it is the only multi-brand aircraft maker representative in Southeast Asia. It sells new generation piston, turboprop and light jet aircraft. It also helps buyers with choosing, buying, importing and financing an aircraft. Aircraft management is offered through its aircraft sales site.

The maintenance team handles pre-purchase checks, scheduled maintenance and field support when an aircraft breaks down. It also offers aircraft storage in hangars or outdoors, and cleaning and grooming for owners.

WOA runs flight training in Singapore for beginners and for pilots who want to build skills. Its flying club offers aircraft for hire to members. The fleet lists the Piper Archer DX, Diamond DA40XLS, Diamond DA42, Diamond DA62 and Cirrus SR22 G3. Most are on US registration, and one DA40XLS is on Singapore registration.

The group also runs a jet club and ClubWOA, a social membership for aviation fans who do not fly. Members can use the clubhouse and join regular events. The company has a Greater China section.
