Washington Airports Task Force

The Washington Airports Task Force, known as WATF, is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization in Dulles, Virginia. It advocates for better aviation services in Virginia and the National Capital Region. The group has worked on this goal since 1982.

The group works to promote job creation and economic growth. The site says its approach is non-partisan and data driven. Its work covers air service at Washington Dulles and Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, and air service across Virginia.

The site lists four priorities. The first is to support air service at Washington airports. The second is to promote a stronger regional multi-modal transportation network. The third is to drive region-wide economic development. The fourth is to lead industry and community fundraising.
