The course list has nine programs. Flight Operations and Dispatch takes nine months. Airline Cabin Crew Training takes nine months. Airport Operations also takes nine months. Airline Customer Service takes six months. Aviation Security Awareness takes three months.

The site says the minimum entry level is an O level certificate. The school says its trainers have years of practical experience and a solid academic base. Courses cover the regulatory background, steps for putting rules into practice, good practice and case studies.

The academy says it can draw on aviation auditors and quality and safety experts. It also says its modern facilities are easy to reach from across the region. Its IT team monitors a social media presence each day.

Student life includes hands-on events. Practical training covers fire fighting and first aid. Students take airport tours, including trips to Entebbe International Airport. The school also holds graduations, a cultural day, an aviation run and blood donation drives. It has visited schools and offered scholarships to Miss Uganda contestants in 2023.

The website shares student comments. One former student reports a placement offer as cabin crew after finishing the course. Other pages cover the board, the management team, the instructors and a photo gallery. A register button and contact page are listed for applicants.
