TDL Aero Enterprises (Gateway Air Center)

Gateway Air Center is the FBO at Merced Regional Airport (Merced Municipal Airport), 44 Macready Drive, Merced, California. TDL Aero, its Cirrus maintenance arm, is a Cirrus Authorized Service Center that specializes in structural composite repairs.

Services

TDL Aero repairs Cirrus skin and core damage, bird strikes and tail impacts. Technicians inspect for hidden delamination and coordinate each repair with Cirrus engineers, sharing photos and diagrams with the owner. They build custom heat boxes to cure each repair, then prime, fill, sand and paint the area. After logbook entries are completed, the company's own pilots test-fly the aircraft and can deliver it back to the owner.

FBO and facilities

Gateway Air Center sells Jet A and 100LL from a full-service truck and a self-serve island off taxiway Alpha. It also sells oil, fuel additives and TKS de-icing fluid. Line service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and the FBO offers oxygen and nitrogen, ground power, catering and crew cars, with Avis rental cars on the field. The pilot lounge has satellite TV, a coffee bar, internet and flight planning materials.
