TC Material LLC is an aftermarket aircraft parts supplier in Tampa, Florida, founded in 2023 by people with backgrounds in commercial engine valuation, underwriting and teardown management. It concentrates on four high-cycle commercial engine families and supports operators, MROs, lessors and underwriters with sourcing, repair coordination and asset-level advice.

Services

• Parts procurement: rotables, expendables, LRUs and time-controlled parts, from OEM, surplus and used serviceable sources
• Repairs management: vendor selection, workscope and quote review, turnaround control and warranty and rejection handling, including engine LLPs
• Engine valuation and underwriting: mid-life and end-of-life valuation, green-time and part-out modelling and underwriter advisory packages
• Teardown management: disassembly oversight, material disposition and inventory marketing
