Sydney Helicopters

Sydney Helicopters is a helicopter operator based at the Penrith Heliport at Nepean Aerospace Park in Castlereagh, NSW. Founded in 1985, it describes itself as the longest running commercial helicopter operator in Sydney. It provides tours, charters, transfers, aerial work and aviation support, flying from Penrith as well as from Sydney Airport at Mascot and Bankstown Airport.

Fleet

The company owns and operates its whole fleet of thirteen helicopters, all turbine powered with no piston aircraft. Types include the Bell 206B2, Airbus AS350 Squirrel and Bell 412, giving 4, 5 and 10 passenger seat options.

Maintenance

The fleet is maintained in house by its own CASA approved maintenance organisation, Aerotech Sydney Pty Ltd, staffed by licensed aircraft maintenance engineers.
