SPACEAVOCAT

SPACEAVOCAT is a French law practice in Paris that gives legal and regulatory advice to the space sector. Its founder started the practice in 2021. It is a member of the Paris Bar and promises attorney-client privilege.

The practice helps both large established space players and NewSpace start-ups. It covers contracts, intellectual property, regulation, disputes and finance.

The founder's practice is global, with a special focus on Europe and Africa. Clients include telecom operators, digital service providers, satellite operators and public bodies. The practice won the European Legal Award in Space Law in 2022, for the second year in a row.

SPACEAVOCAT also runs a podcast on space matters with a legal twist. Its guests have covered topics such as NewSpace and investment in Europe, geospatial intelligence and photonics in space.
