About Skylight Aviation

Skylight Aviation is an aviation consultancy for airline operations. It has an office in London, at Tintagel House on Albert Embankment, and the site says it has three offices. Steven Dickson founded the company in 2015. The site says the name changed in recent years.

The team works for airlines, airports, cargo operators, maintenance and engineering teams, and ground handlers. It lists rapid diagnostics, operational improvement, organisational change and help with putting changes in place. It also advises on regulatory matters and on asset deals, such as choosing aircraft, engines and rotable parts, and negotiating a lease or a purchase.

The company says it has more than 50 associates. They have an average of over 30 years in aviation, and each one has at least 15 years in senior operational or leadership roles. The firm says its people came up through the ramp, the gate and the operations room.

Skylight also builds digital tools from its field experience. One is called Flyp, a mobile first product for the airport and passenger experience. The company says clients are partners, and that it listens before it proposes changes. The site has a Let's Talk form that asks for name, company, job title, phone and country. A contact email is also given.
