Metro medevac aircraft

SkyCare flies Metro series aircraft on medevac work. According to the company, the cabin carries 2 stretcher patients and up to 7 patient escorts, is pressurized to 7 psi, and has a large cargo door with an automated lift for patient and equipment loading, including neonatal and bariatric patients.
