Sirius Aviation Capital Holdings Limited is a commercial aircraft investment asset manager and lessor established in 2019, headquartered in Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) with offices in Dublin, Ireland. It focuses on liquid, in-demand mid-life narrowbody aircraft, which it describes as the most resilient and actively traded segment of the leasing market, and invests primarily on behalf of institutional capital. Since launch the company has transacted more than USD 1.2 billion of aviation assets for its capital partners. Its chairman and chief executive is Edward Coughlan, and shareholders include Abu Dhabi Catalyst Partners and, since 2026, Japanese trading house ITOCHU Corporation, which manages a portfolio of more than 90 aircraft and engines.

Milestones reported on its site include the acquisition of ten aircraft during the COVID period, purchases of five aircraft each from BOC Aviation and SMBC Aviation Capital, a first bank facility with Deutsche Bank to finance five aircraft, investment from Abu Dhabi Catalyst Partners and a target of a 100-aircraft fleet. The senior team brings decades of experience from airlines, lessors and financial institutions.
