Rossell Techsys Limited

Rossell Techsys Limited is an engineering and manufacturing services company. It serves mainly the global aerospace and defense industry. The company was established in early 2011. Its main site is in the Hi-Tech Defence Aerospace Park near Bengaluru, India.

A key line of work is the electrical wiring interconnection system, known as EWIS. The company makes power, radio frequency, control, data and signal harnesses. A harness is a bundle of wires and connectors that carries power and signals through an aircraft. It also builds integrated electrical panels and fiber optic items. The site describes this as high complexity, low volume work.

The company covers the full life of a product. Its list includes design, development, engineering, prototyping, testing, integration, installation, repair, upgrades and maintenance until end of life. Support services include customer training, site surveys, commissioning, obsolescence management, reverse engineering and alternate sourcing. Obsolescence management means finding answers when parts go out of production.

Rossell Techsys also offers test solutions and systems integration. These range from fully automatic to manual test equipment. They can stand alone or come as turnkey systems. A turnkey system is a complete setup that is ready to use. The systems can include control systems, valves, actuators and metering.

The company takes on build to specification and build to print work for global original equipment makers. Build to print means making a part exactly from the customer drawings. It also does custom electro-mechanical contract manufacturing and systems integration.

The site says the company is registered in the United States System for Award Management. It lists an NCAGE code and several industry codes. It has a wholly owned subsidiary in Phoenix, Arizona, that gives support in the United States. Business partners in Israel and Europe give support elsewhere. It also names partners across Asia, the Americas and Europe.

The company describes a quality system called IQMS and a culture of credibility first. The Rossell Techsys website has pages on its services, its facilities and its values. It also lists a contact page for the Bengaluru site.
