Aircraft wash and rinse systems

The Aircraft Tactical Rinse System (TRS) is a deployable, automated clear water rinse system for rotary and fixed wing aircraft. Its purpose is corrosion control: it rinses airframes to remove surface solids and salts. According to Riveer, it uses adjustable nozzles and wind corrected spray monitors to deliver up to 3,000 gallons of water per minute at 175 psi, and can rinse an aircraft in under two minutes.

  • Capacity listed as 160,000 lbs
  • Standard rinse pad of 80 ft by 50 ft, customisable to the site
  • Water quality tracked automatically against NAVAIR 01-1A-509-2 / TM 1-1500-344-23-2, as stated on the product page
