Rimin Air Ltd. is an aviation services company based in Shtip, North Macedonia. It was founded in June 2019 as a family business. The company operates both an approved training organisation and an approved maintenance organisation from its base at Sport Airfield Shtip.

The company runs the only approved training organisation in North Macedonia. It holds approval MKD.ATO.001 from the Civil Aviation Agency of North Macedonia under EASA Part FCL rules. The organisation began as a flight training organisation approved in September 2020 and completed its certification as an approved training organisation by June 2021.

Its flight training covers private and commercial pilot licences. The listed ratings include night rating, flight instructor rating, and sailplane and banner towing ratings. The company also serves as an ICAO and EASA English language proficiency examiner. It provides an online learning platform for students to access training material.

The company offers trial flights, cost sharing flights, and experience flights for new and experienced aviators. For aerial work the company uses single engine aircraft including the Zlin Z 37A Cmelak and the Utva 75. The Zlin Z 37A Cmelak is a single engine radial piston aircraft that can carry up to 650 litres of liquids or 600 kg of fertilizer and seeds. This aircraft can effectively cover up to 120 hectares in a single flight for aerial applications and up to 1300 hectares for mosquito control.

The company operates agricultural flights in North Macedonia and neighbouring countries. Aerial advertising and mosquito control services are offered within North Macedonia. The company works with a growing community of aviators and provides services year round except during adverse weather conditions not suitable for visual flight rules.
