Ridgeline Aviation, LLC

Ridgeline Aviation, LLC is a charter operator, flight school and aircraft services company in Montana. Its main location is at Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport (KBZN) in Belgrade. It also has an office at Billings Logan International Airport (KBIL). The company offers charter flights, flight training, aircraft sales and aircraft management.

Charter flights use a 2021 Pilatus PC-12 NGX. A Piper PA-18 Super Cub takes guests into the backcountry. The company aims to deliver guests closer to their destination than other options, whatever the terrain. Its pilots include two type rated PC-24 pilots and four PC-12 NG and NGX trained pilots, who train each year at FlightSafety.

The flight school was named Best in the Northwest by AOPA for 2023. It trains a wide range of learners, from MSU students to private individuals. Training runs from private pilot to multi engine instructor, in partnership with Purdue University.

Courses include the private pilot certificate, instrument rating and high performance endorsement. Mountain flying courses G6 and G7 are offered. Cirrus SR22T transition courses are taught by in house CSIPs. Students can also train in a Diamond DA42 Twin Star and a Cirrus SR22, and the school rents Cessna 172s at both locations.

Aircraft services include aircraft management with single point billing. Maintenance is done by in house mechanics, and storage, winterization, aircraft acquisition and sales are also offered. Contract crews are qualified to fly PC-12, TBM 850 and PA-46 aircraft.

Ridgeline is a Cirrus Aircraft Authorized Service Center and a Cirrus Training Center. Maintenance covers SR20, SR22 and SR22T aircraft. Garmin and Avidyne avionics service and ice protection system maintenance are also offered.

Bozeman is the primary flight training location and the home base for charter flights. The Billings office is in the Edwards Jet Center West building. Customers can contact the team through the contact page, and the company sends information on empty legs at a discounted rate on request.
