Red Dot Air Ambulance Pte Ltd is a medical flight operator based at Seletar Airport in Singapore. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Seletar Jet Charter Group. The company was founded so that families in crisis could deal directly with the aircraft owner and operator. There are no brokers or outside call centers involved in its operations. All aircraft, crew, and medical staff are managed under one roof at Seletar Airport.

The company owns and operates four dedicated medical jets. The fleet includes Bombardier Learjet 60 family aircraft and a Raytheon Hawker 800XP. Every aircraft is configured as a flying intensive care unit. Because the company owns the jets outright, it controls maintenance schedules, medical equipment standards, and crew training directly. The pilots are type rated on the Learjet 60 and Hawker 800XP.

Red Dot Air Ambulance provides three main services. The air ambulance service uses dedicated aircraft equipped with ICU level medical gear for critical patients. The medical evacuation and repatriation service manages bed to bed transfers from overseas hospitals back to Singapore or other home countries. The commercial medical escort service sends a doctor or flight nurse to accompany stable patients on scheduled airline flights. This option is for patients who can sit upright but still need medical supervision.

Every air ambulance flight carries a flight physician and an ICU trained nurse. The onboard equipment includes a Zoll X Series monitor and defibrillator, a mechanical ventilator, multiple infusion pumps, and a Mindray patient monitor. There is also an aviation certified stretcher system, suction equipment, and medical oxygen. The crew provides continuous monitoring and treatment throughout the entire flight.

The company handles all logistics for each mission. Its operations team secures flight plans, overflight permits, and landing clearances. It arranges ground ambulances at both the origin and destination. It also manages immigration documentation for stretcher patients and coordinates with sending and receiving hospitals. Typical mobilisation time for an Asia Pacific mission is 2 to 6 hours. The operations center is staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. It serves destinations including Bali, Bangkok, Manila, Perth, and Tokyo.

Red Dot works directly with families, insurance companies, hospitals, and assistance providers. It holds EURAMI accreditation from the European Aero Medical Institute. This accreditation is awarded only after independent audits of medical protocols, crew qualifications, and operational safety. The company also operates under Air Operator Certificates issued by civil aviation regulators in Indonesia and Australia.
