Qatar Aircraft Catering

Qatar Aircraft Catering Company (QACC) is the flight catering business of Qatar Airways Group, based at Hamad International Airport in Doha, Qatar. It began operating in August 2002 at Doha International Airport and now works from a purpose-built facility of about 69,000 square metres at Hamad. It serves Qatar Airways and other carriers.

Scale

QACC states that it prepares about 225,000 meals per day from 60 international cuisines, and handles 75,000 kilograms of fruit and vegetables daily. Its menu library has grown to more than 900 variations across cabin classes and customers.
