PDQ Airspares

PDQ Airspares supplies consumables and expendables to the airline and MRO industry. The company began in 1990 in a 5,000 square foot rural warehouse near Fordingbridge in Hampshire, founded by Chris Miller and Nic Lewis, who had both worked in aviation. The name stands for Pretty Darn Quick. It bought its first package of Boeing 707 spares in 1991. In 2018 it was acquired by FDH Aero, and it now operates as a brand within the FDH Aero portfolio with facilities in the UK, Poland, Singapore and China.

• Surplus2Revenue: programs for turning surplus stock into revenue

Company facts

• UK warehouse hours are 07.00 Monday to 18.00 Friday, with weekend opening only for pre-arranged AOG collections
