Patey Aviation sells new private hangars at Spanish Fork Municipal Airport in Spanish Fork, Utah. The site lists its address as 2050 North 300 West. The site says the hangars sit on both sides of the runway, with direct taxiway access from every hangar.

The site lists 15 hangars available. Hangar sizes are shown as dimensions such as 42 by 35 and 130 by 90. Listed prices run from $286,650 to $3,307,800. The site offers a cut sheet for each hangar and a private tour request.

The site says the hangar is privately owned, on land leased from Spanish Fork City. The ground lease is 50 years in total, made of a 30 year city ground lease with two ten year extensions. The hangar can be bought, sold or transferred, and the ground lease moves with the new owner.

The site lists rent of $0.67 per square foot per year for 2026, or $0.74 for hangars with direct Main Street frontage. It says the city council sets the rate each year. Property tax is assessed on the hangar structure only.

Owners pay their own utilities and interior maintenance. D Wing hangars carry a $165 monthly HOA fee that covers internet and shell insurance. The site says residential living is not permitted under airport rules. Jet A and AvGas fuel are available now, and a self-serve fuel station is planned.

The site lists upgrade options such as extra high bay lighting, a 200A panel upgrade, EV charging outlets, fiber internet, ductless mini-split heating and cooling, and a full bathroom with shower. The site says the airport is adding a new air traffic control tower, with secured gates and keycard access to buildings.
