Ogier is an international legal and professional services firm. It advises on the laws of the British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands, Guernsey, Ireland, Jersey and Luxembourg, and its corporate and fiduciary arm, Ogier Global, administers companies, funds and private wealth structures. Aviation work

Ogier's asset finance team advises on the ownership, leasing and financing of aircraft, both private and commercial. The team acts for owners, investors, operators, lessors, lessees, lenders and borrowers, and often works alongside large international law firms on cross-border deals.
