Odyssey Pilot Hours is a pilot time-building program in DeLand, Florida. It helps pilots build flight hours quickly. The program has a full-time option and a part-time option.

Full-time pilots fly 30 to 50 hours a week. The site says a plane is reserved for them 14 hours a day, seven days a week. The company says its planes fly between 150 and 200 hours a month.

The company says its planes are special category light sport aircraft with dual flight displays. The site says they can fly IFR and have autopilot and traffic awareness systems. A full-time maintenance staff looks after the planes.

Lodging is included at no extra cost for full-time pilots, and for part-time pilots when a room is available. The rooms are in fully furnished rental homes within a 20-minute drive of the airport. Each pilot has a room with a full-sized bed.

Costs are stated on the site. Planes rent for $270 per hour with oil and fuel included, which is $135 per hour when split. A $750 registration fee applies and is non-refundable. Each pilot must carry airplane renter's insurance. Pilots over 230 pounds, or those who want to fly solo, pay the full rate.

The site says the founder, Connor Effron, is a commercial rated pilot who began flying in 2015. It says the company was featured in AOPA Magazine. It also says that over 80 percent of commercially rated pilots leave the program with a job or interview lined up. Service members get $500 off registration for time builders.
