Njasap

NJASAP is the NetJets Association of Shared Aircraft Pilots. It is an independent pilot labor group that speaks for the pilots who fly for NetJets Aviation, Inc. The site describes NetJets as a Berkshire Hathaway subsidiary. The association's office is in Columbus, Ohio.

The site says NJASAP is the exclusive representative of more than 3,700 NetJets pilots. Its main job is advocacy for those pilots. The site lists three main areas: a safety program, enforcing the association's contract with NetJets, and resources that members need during the duty day.

Safety is the top priority, according to the site. The association says it supports a multi-part safety system that reinforces member safety. The site also says the executive board reflects member preferences and works to get the most value from member dues.

The current contract is the 2024 Amended Agreement. The site says it sets terms for job security, wages, benefits and working conditions. The full contract is posted on the site, and a search tool helps readers find parts of it.

The press section includes releases from the association. A release dated September 25, 2026 applauds Senate passage of aeromedical reform measures and urges the House to pass companion legislation. A February 5, 2026 release praises passage of H.R. 7148 on aviation safety and the national airspace system. Releases from 2024 describe disputes with NetJets over union officials.

Members can use a new member resource center, a committee resource library, a seniority list, an app, a podcast, a message board and pilot tools. The site also has a frequently asked questions page about the contract.

The office address is 2360 Citygate Dr., Columbus, Ohio 43219. The phone number is 614-532-0555. The contact form has choices for family inquiries, media inquiries, owner inquiries and general questions. The association is also on Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook and Spotify.
