Natixis CIB

Natixis CIB is the corporate and investment banking arm of Natixis, based in Paris, France. It gives advice, financing and capital markets services to clients worldwide, including structured finance for the aviation sector.

The bank serves corporations, financial institutions, financial sponsors, family offices, sovereigns, supra-national bodies and agencies. Its work falls into three main areas: investment banking, financing and global markets. It also offers research and a green and sustainable finance hub with 40 experts.

Under financing, the Real Assets team builds structured finance for clients in infrastructure, energy and aviation worldwide, and for real estate in Europe and the US. The team combines advice, arranging, financial engineering, underwriting and distribution. It offers solutions across bank loans, bonds and securitisation. Institutional investors can lend alongside the bank in debt backed by real assets in infrastructure and real estate.

The financing area has other parts too. Corporate advisory and financing helps companies plan their capital structure. Global trade covers structured export finance, trade finance, supply chain solutions, and cash and liquidity management. Through an affiliate, Coficine, the bank also finances film and media businesses.

Investment banking covers debt capital markets, acquisition and strategic finance, strategic equity capital markets, and mergers and acquisitions. Global markets help clients raise money in the capital markets, invest in financial assets and hedge risk.

The bank reports several rankings and awards. These include first place in global euro bonds for financial institutions in 2025 by value and third place in France equity bookrunning by volume. It was also named France Best Bank for ECM at the Euromoney Excellence awards for 2026. It is part of the BPCE group.
