Mediterranean Aviation Services, or MAS, is a flight support company headquartered in Dubai Airport Free Zone in the United Arab Emirates. It supports flights at more than 2,000 airports worldwide.

The company was founded in 2005. It says it has served more than 450 clients across five major regions, and its team has over 80 years of combined experience. It runs round the clock. In April 2025 it was certified as an IATA Ground Handling Partner, and it also calls itself an IATA Strategic Partner. It marked 20 years in business in 2025.

Fuel supply covers Jet A-1 at more than 2,000 airports, with 24 hour coordination. The company says its fuel pricing is competitive. Ground handling covers full handling, catering, crew logistics and VIP assistance at major airports worldwide. The company also supervises handling on the ground.

Permits and regulatory services cover overflight, landing and diplomatic clearances through direct contact with civil aviation authorities. Navigation fee support covers fee calculation, payment handling and one combined bill. Flight planning is ICAO compliant and includes route design, real-time monitoring, briefings and performance analysis.

MAS also arranges charters. Options include VIP jet charter, medevac flights with medical coordination and landing priority, cargo charters for urgent or oversized freight, helicopter flights, and air taxi and empty leg flights. It sources business jets, freighters, ambulance aircraft and helicopters through a broker network. The company says it can often arrange a flight within hours.

MAS supports government, military and diplomatic flights with secure and discreet service. It also runs flight operations for UN agencies, non-government groups and disaster response, with fast-track logistics. It says it serves airlines, governments and operators worldwide.

Clients can book a service online, register as a client or apply to become a vendor. The company publishes a blog, including a guide for operators on flight permits across regions. Its dispatch and operations desk is open 24 hours a day, every day.
