Little Aviation

Little Aviation is the corporate jet charter business of Melbourne's Little Group. It is based at Melbourne Jet Base, a purpose built facility for private jet owners at Melbourne Airport, Tullamarine. The company holds a Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) Air Operator's Certificate permitting worldwide commercial operations and charters its Gulfstream G650ER to clients travelling within Australia and internationally.

Aircraft

The company flies a Gulfstream G650ER with a range of 7,500 nautical miles and seating for up to 8 passengers. Little Group says it is one of the few private jets in Australia available for charter that can fly non stop from the east coast of Australia to the United States.

Base

Operating from Melbourne Airport allows unrestricted 24 hour operation, as Tullamarine is curfew free, and gives extra safety margins thanks to the runway infrastructure of the international gateway. Melbourne Jet Base offers passenger lounges, hangarage, immigration and customs, pilot accommodation and refuelling. Its guests include government and business figures, sports stars and visitors to major events such as the Grand Prix, Australian Open and Melbourne Cup.
