History

Gary Darley, a licensed physician's assistant, founded LifePort with a small group of partners. Darley had used aircraft to move patients from remote locations, and the company's first product was the Patient Loading Utility System (PLUS), used to load patients into medical transport aircraft. PAC Seating Systems, founded in 2002 to make business jet and VIP seating, is now part of LifePort. PAC had received more than 235 FAA Technical Standard Orders by 2018. Noah Zuckerman is CEO.
