About Legacy Flight Training

Legacy Flight Training, LLC gives simulator and flight training. It trains owners and operators of Piper PA-46 piston and turboprop aircraft. It has centers in Vero Beach, Florida and Scottsdale, Arizona.

Bill Inglis is the owner and CEO. He has been involved in aviation training for his entire career as a pilot and flight instructor. He has trained pilots in Piper aircraft since the 1990s. He worked for SimCom and Pan Am Academy. In 2004 he moved to the Vero Beach facility at the Piper factory, and in 2006 he became training center director.

Legacy Flight Training opened in 2010 in the Vero Beach airport terminal building. After five years it moved to Building 13 on the Piper campus. The Vero Beach center has two full motion simulators and classroom space. The Scottsdale center opened in 2015 in the Air Commerce Building at KSDL. It has a full motion Meridian simulator.

The site says instructors come from many aviation backgrounds. Each instructor must finish a standardization program before training any customer. Bill Inglis designs and teaches that program.

The company's mission is to give professional yet personalized training at a competitive price. The site has courses and online training. It also has a testimonials page and a COVID-19 policy page.

To reach the company, call Vero Beach at (772) 539-0420 or Scottsdale at (480) 248-8500. The site has a contact form. It also has a Facebook page and terms and conditions.
