Indonesia Medevac is a 24 hour coordination desk and charter broker that arranges air ambulance and medical transfers across Indonesia.

About Juara Holding Group Medevac Desk

Indonesia Medevac is the trading name of an independent coordination desk run by Juara Holding Group. The group is an Indonesia-based coordination and brokerage business founded in 2015. The desk does not own aircraft.

The desk says it does not treat patients, employ flight doctors or run rescue. It arranges air ambulance, inter-island transfer and international repatriation cases with licensed operators, hospitals and assistance companies. It then hands each case to those operators to carry out.

The desk is open 24 hours a day. The site lists a WhatsApp number, +62 811-3941-4563, for coordination. The site says that in a life-threatening emergency, people should first call 112, 118 or 119, or 115 for Basarnas, before they contact the desk.

The desk covers several routes. The site lists origins in Papua, Raja Ampat, the Komodo islands, Kalimantan, the Mentawai islands and Jakarta. It names Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Bangkok and Australia as possible destinations.

The site says it cannot guarantee response times. Response depends on the licensed operator, weather, daylight and pre-authorisation. Every case is quoted individually. The site says indicative prices are shown with their source and date.

The site has guides, a blog, a frequently asked questions page and a tool that builds an evacuation card for a site wall. A sister desk for Bali is named on the site. The company's disclaimer states that it is not an emergency service.
